  • Initial slate includes both live-action and animated features, plus TV series from established showrunners

Character Consistency & Camera Control with ComfyUI & Blender

ComfyUI wizard Mickmumpitz has released one of the most impressive tutorials for creating an animation with consistent characters and camera control.

Here's the high-level breakdown of his process:

  1. Generate consistent AI characters using LoRA training with FLUX model or a lightweight SDXL alternative

  2. Convert 2D character images to 3D models using Hunyuan 3D or Tripo AI, then import and rig in Blender

  3. Create key poses and framing compositions in Blender. Export first frame and last frame for each shot.

  4. Apply character LoRAs regionally in ComfyUI to prevent character blending in multi-character scenes

  5. Use Kling AI to interpolate between frames for full animation sequences

  6. Add finishing touches with AI-powered lip-sync, dialogue generation, and contextual sound effects
